- One of our dedicated staff will contact you prior to the update time for your on hold messages and all you need to do is swap the message over when you receive it
- Random message updates are available anytime
For our cost saving option you may even consider a pre paid loyalty message package and receive bonus updates. If you’re in an industry that has frequent promotions and changing product information, then this option would suit your business.

- GOLD, 12 Updates – Pre-pay 7 On-Hold message updates per year and receive 5 BONUS Updates
